David Affleck joined the Heart Center in 2003. He completed medical
school at the University of Utah, and stayed for his general surgery residency. He moved to St. Louis Missouri to complete

Dave was the first surgeon to bring the mini-maze surgery technique to Utah.
He has worked with the other surgeons developing and refining the procedure, and is now a proctor for surgeons accross
